How do I check the status of my order?
For customers who created an Account on our webstore:

How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the shipping option you chose, you can expect to receive your order within the following timeframes:
Regular Delivery – 7 to 10 business days
Express Delivery – 2 to 3 business days (order must be received by 12:00PM ET)

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will reprint your order or refund your money.
